Local Lawyers

Ok so I commission local lawyers to act as conveyancers and solicitors for our recent sale of our house. Home opens will looking pretty slow until the middle of the campaign where it went a little crazy and we had a number of interested parties. I have been slack and not commissioned the contracts early enough so we were sitting on a number of buyers and no contracts ready to go. I ring up David at local lawyers and asked him to expedite the process. Within a few hours himself and Ashley his assistant manage to get the job done and forward the contacts through very quickly. Subsequently we managed to get the offer on paper within that time and we couldn't have been more appreciative of them accommodation of our needs. Can't rave about them enough. This is the second time we have used them and each time they have been consummate Professionals extremely fast and consider their clients as their number one priority. Thank you guys my wife and I can't be more appreciative or happier well done.
